Billing policy
Refunds and Cancellations
Discord purchases
Subscriptions or purchases completed through Discord are billed and refunded through Discord. Cancel from Discord's subscription settings. Discord controls payment authorization, receipts, applicable taxes, refund eligibility, and return of funds. A Discord refund, entitlement deletion, expiration, chargeback, or cancellation event may remove or reduce Zero-G access according to the entitlement supplied by Discord.
Other billing providers
If checkout clearly identifies another provider, use that provider's cancellation tools and refund process. Prices and paid terms shown at checkout control. Zero-G will not charge a second fee merely to process a valid cancellation.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. Unless checkout or law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period. Deleting the bot, leaving a Discord server, losing permissions, or not using a feature does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refund requests
Submit requests promptly through the billing provider and Zero-G support with the product, purchase date, Discord user or server ID, and provider transaction reference. Never send a full payment-card number, password, token, or account credential. We may support refunds for duplicate charges, failure to deliver purchased access that we cannot reasonably correct, or where required by law. We do not promise refunds for partial periods, unused time, mistaken server configuration, platform enforcement, or violations of the Terms unless the provider or law requires one.
Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. A chargeback or payment reversal may suspend the related entitlement while investigated. This does not limit lawful dispute rights.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy waives mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection rights. If this Policy conflicts with mandatory law or the billing provider's binding rules, those requirements control.
